The equipment adopts scientific physical structure and automated processing logic to realize continuous, stable and efficient material processing.

We will use specialized lithium-ion battery discharge equipment to perform pre-treatment discharge on waste lithium-ion batteries. The lithium-ion battery puncture discharge equipment is designed for pouch cells, cylindrical cells, and plastic-cased cells. Automotive battery packs will be discharged using resistive load discharge devices. This ensures the safety of the subsequent recycling process.
This stage employs multiple crushing devices. This is a critical process in lithium-ion battery recycling. The main equipment used includes: an oxygen-free shredder + hammer mill + blade crusher + grinding and separation machine. First, a conveyor is used to break the batteries down to 5–10 cm. The material then enters a high-speed hammer mill and blade crusher for impact crushing. Finally, a grinding machine is used to grind and knead the material, ensuring thorough vitrification of the black mass and copper and aluminum foils. This process supports an oxygen-deprived/nitrogen-protected system, significantly enhancing safety and processing efficiency.
The system primarily consists of a low-temperature drying furnace and a high-temperature oxygen-free pyrolysis furnace. It operates through a process of low-temperature thermal volatilization followed by high-temperature oxygen-free pyrolysis. This effectively removes organic materials—such as electrolyte, plastic separators, and binders—from used lithium-ion batteries. At the same time, the combustible gases generated are used to provide heat for the pyrolysis process, enabling a self-sustaining energy cycle.
Key equipment includes magnetic separators, drum screens, ultrasonic vibrating screens, and air classifiers. Through multi-stage sorting, the process achieves high-purity recovery of copper, aluminum, and black mass. The resource recovery rate for lithium-ion batteries can reach ≥98.5%.
This stage primarily includes: pulse jet dust collectors, cyclone scrubbers, RTOs, catalytic combustion systems, activated carbon adsorption units, and UV photolysis systems. It is used to treat dust, VOCs, and exhaust gases generated during the recovery process, ensuring that emissions from the equipment meet regulatory standards and preventing secondary pollution in this stage.
