Needle discharge equipment:The charged lithium-ion battery is fed into the device through a conveyor, and the lithium-ion battery is discharged through the needle-punch discharge method. Needle-punching discharge device can be made for different shapes of lithium batteries (square, cylindrical, etc.) with different processes.

1)Drum needling discharge equipment:The charged lithium battery is fed into the gap between the pinning roller and the groove roller through the feeder, and by rotating and squeezing, the steel needles attached to the pinning roller pierce into the inside of the battery, causing the positive and negative electrodes to short circuit, thus releasing energy and achieving the purpose of discharge. In addition, the gap between the two rollers can be adjusted to meet the discharge needs of different types of lithium-ion batteries. This equipment is mainly for the batteries of soft pack, plastic hard shell and other 3C products batteries.

2) Roll-cutting and discharging equipment:The charged lithium batteries are fed evenly through the feeder into the groove rollers and rotated between the groove rollers and the roll cut rollers. The blades attached to the roll cut roller will cut the battery shell, causing a short circuit between the positive and negative electrodes, thus releasing energy consumption and achieving the purpose of discharge. In addition, the gap between the two rollers can be adjusted to meet the discharge needs of different types of lithium-ion batteries. This equipment is mainly for cylindrical lithium-ion batteries.

3)Stamping and needling discharge equipment:The charged lithium battery is fed into the stamping slot through the conveyor, and the lithium battery is fixed by the clamping device. The steel pin attached to the stamping block above is used to pierce the inside of the battery, causing a short circuit to the positive and negative electrodes, thus releasing energy consumption and achieving the purpose of discharging. Through the induction device can meet the discharge needs of different types of lithium-ion batteries. This equipment is mainly for batteries for power large lithium-ion batteries.

4、Discharge cycle box:The lithium-ion battery after pinning and discharging is fed into the mesh belt conveying device. The conveying process is cooled down by a spraying device. The lower part of which conveying device is equipped with water tank and circulation pump. It can be recycled.
