Waste lithium battery recycling and dismantling production line includes: feed conveyor, crusher, fine crusher, magnetic separator, air flow separator, collector, copper and aluminium separator and other equipment combination, so that the waste lithium battery will be dismantled and separated from: black powder, copper, aluminium, plastic diaphragm, iron shell, nickel strip, etc.. The crusher first crushes the used lithium batteries to obtain the crushed material and then the black powder and other mixtures are processed by airflow sorting. The diaphragm wind separator then extracts and collects the plastic diaphragms contained therein, followed by the magnetic separator which collects the iron shells from the mixture, thus obtaining the used lithium battery shells. The mill then grinds the mixture continuously and sieves it to obtain the black powder and copper-aluminium mixture. Finally, the copper and aluminium are separated by means of specific gravity in the copper and aluminium separator, which results in copper and aluminium chips.
