1 . Shredder: Shredding the light board, shredding to 2-3cm.

2. Circuit board shredder: shredding the crushed circuit board, shredding to about 20 mesh.

3 . Analysis machine: the crushed material for wind selection, the resin, copper and dust, fiber separation, dust and fiber by the induced draft fan into the collector, resin and copper into the classification sieve.

4 . Collector: collect the dust and fiber, and discharge the collected fiber.

5. Pulsation purifier: collects the dust and ultra-fine fibers produced during the crushing process.

6 . The resin and copper that are not separated are returned to the main machine and crushed again, and the separated resin and copper enter the specific gravity sorter for sorting.

7 . Specific gravity sorting: The resin powder and copper are sorted by specific gravity, and since the weight of copper is greater than that of resin, copper will be sorted to one side and resin to the other. In this way, the metal and non-metal are separated. This is the current domestic* technology, which can sort the metal to more than 99%.

 8 . High-pressure electrostatic sorting: The tailing material after the specific gravity sorter is then subjected to high-pressure electrostatic sorting to separate the small grains of copper powder and resin contained in the tailing material. The principle is: the input power supply is adjusted to 100,000 volts of high voltage by the transformer, forming a high voltage magnetic field, which has the effect of adsorption on the conductive metal, so that the metal and non-metal separation is achieved.
